Pairing issue (Switzerland only)

If you are in Switzerland and your REMI is stuck on error code PA0 or U100, it is possible that it is blocked by your Internet provider. The Sunrise operator offers the Sunrise Surf Protect service which blocks REMI. Simply deactivate this service so that REMI can be paired properly.
