The PA0 error message indicates a blockage in the Wi-Fi network. Important: REMI cannot connect to public networks, it will display the error code PA0.

First of all, check that your internet access point authorizes REMI's access to the internet: on the administration page of the box, go to the wifi setting, which shows you the list of devices connected to your box and check that REMI is authorized to access the internet. With some providers, it is necessary to reactivate this authorization even if you haven’t changed those settings.

Here is a procedure to reset the Wi-Fi networks of your REMI: -

Unplug your REMI
Press the Play button under your REMI
Keep the Play button pressed and power on your REMI
Keep pressing the button until REMI's face appears (~ 5s)
The old WiFi networks of your REMI have been forgotten, make the pairing again from the beginning
Make the pairing with your REMI again : press on the « + » button, on the upper left corner of the central screen, and press « Start REMI pairing », on the bottom of the screen.
